ChanceLight Education programs are designed to educate and accommodate a wide variety of learners and students. We provide academic, behavior, and mental health supports for all learners in a positive and reinforcing environment.
Student populations we serve include, but are not limited to, are:
- At-risk Students
- Disengaged Students
- Students with Behavior & Emotional Challenges
- Students with Behavior & Emotional Disabilities or Disorders
- Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Related Disorders
- Students with Intellectual Disabilities
- Students with Other Disabilities
For some students, their IEP team has determined they require more intensive academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports. Students with emotional/behavioral disorders often have co-occurring diagnoses such as:
- Bipolar Disorder
- Attention Deficit Disorder & Attention Deficit Disorder with Hyperactivity
- Oppositional Defiant Disorder
- Intermittent Explosive Disorder
- Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Personality Disorder
- Reactive Attachment Disorder
